• Artwork files you upload for printing
• Order details — print type, size, quantity, turnaround, shipping or pickup preference
• Basic site analytics (page visits) to understand how the site is used

We don't ask for or store payment card details directly — payment is handled separately once that's set up.

How we use it

• To review your order, send a quote, and communicate with you about it
• To produce and fulfill your print order
• To send order status updates and, occasionally, updates about Belle Creata

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties except as needed to fulfill your order (for example, a shipping carrier).

Data storage & security

We use reasonable security measures to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure and we can't guarantee absolute protection. Order and artwork data is retained as needed to fulfill your order and for our own records.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we have on file for you, or request that we delete it, by emailing us. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Our services aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them.
