Terms of Service

Our service

Belle Creata LLC prints custom DTF (direct-to-film) and sublimation transfers, made to order. We're not a gang sheet house — every order gets a real quote and real attention, not an automated bulk-print queue.

By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders, quotes & turnaround

• Submitting an order form is a request for a quote, not a confirmed order — production doesn't start until you approve pricing
• Standard turnaround is 48 hours from approval; rush turnaround (24 hours) is available for an additional fee
• The rush fee is non-refundable, even if a reprint is later issued under our Refund Policy
• Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees — we'll flag any delay as soon as we know about it

Artwork & file requirements

• You're responsible for submitting print-ready artwork — 300 DPI minimum recommended, RGB color mode
• We'll flag obvious file problems (low resolution, wrong format) before printing when we catch them, but we can't guarantee a low-quality source file will print at high quality
• You confirm that you own the rights to any artwork, logo, or design you submit, or have permission to use it
• We reserve the right to decline any order containing content that's illegal, infringing, or that we're not comfortable printing

Intellectual property

• You retain full ownership of artwork and designs you submit to us
• We don't reuse, resell, or repost your artwork without your permission
• The Belle Creata name, logo, and branding are the property of Belle Creata LLC
• Belle Creata OS is a pre-release, in-development product — it is not currently offered, licensed, or sold, and nothing on this site should be read as an offer to license it

Payment & pricing

Pricing is quoted per order based on quantity, print size, and turnaround. We may adjust pricing over time with reasonable notice to active customers. Payment terms will be confirmed with your quote.

Limitation of liability

Belle Creata LLC provides printing services as described. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, beyond the value of the order itself.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
