Refund & Order Issue Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Something wrong with your order?
Contact us first — we'll do everything reasonable to make it right before anything else.
01
Reprints & refunds
We offer a 14-day reprint or refund window from the date your order is marked delivered, for issues with print quality, adherence, or a production error on our end.
This covers things like:
- Cracking, peeling, or poor adhesion under normal use
- Color or print quality clearly off from what was approved in your quote
- An order that doesn't match what you approved (wrong size, wrong quantity, wrong design)
02
What isn't covered
- Issues caused by a low-resolution or improperly prepared source file — we'll flag file problems before printing when we can catch them, but we can't guarantee a design that was submitted at low quality will print at high quality
- Improper application (wrong heat/time/pressure) after the transfer leaves our hands — see our care and application guidance
- Buyer's remorse on approved designs, sizes, or quantities — please double check your order details before approving a quote
- Color or fit differences between the on-screen design preview and the finished garment — our preview tool is for sizing and placement, and actual color can vary slightly by monitor and by fabric
- Normal wear and fading over time with regular washing
If you're not sure which bucket your issue falls into, just reach out — we'll figure it out together, not point to a policy and leave it there.

04
Rush orders
The 24-hour rush expedite fee is non-refundable once production has started, even if the underlying order is later reprinted for a quality issue — the fee covers the priority scheduling, not the print outcome.
05
Late or missing refunds
If a refund is approved and you haven't seen it after a few business days: check your account first, then your bank — processing can take a little time on their end. Still nothing after a week? Reach back out and we'll look into it.
